What will your responsibilities be?

• Comprehensive supervision of contract execution based on      documentation requirements and organizational plans

• Quality control, timely delivery, and      monitoring project progress according to the agreed schedule

• Reporting project progress in line with      company guidelines

• Conducting installation work      in accordance with construction site regulations

• Comprehensive management of technical      documentation

• Performing internal      inspections of assembly and commissioning work

• Preparing completed work for investor acceptance

• Managing subordinate employees and      subcontractor companies

• Supervising compliance with health and safety (HSE)      regulations

• Ongoing cooperation, participation in consultations,      and reporting progress to superiors, site management, and clients

• Diagnosing, analyzing, and      managing technical issues related to installations

• Executing projects for      leading automotive corporations worldwide

What do we expect?

• Technical or higher education – electrical engineering or      equivalent qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to read technical documentation

• Knowledge of low-voltage      electrical devices used in industry (inverters, controllers, operator      panels)

• Fluent English (spoken and written) –      essential for working abroad for extended periods

• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Strong organizational skills,      responsibility, independence, accuracy, and commitment

• Ability to work efficiently      under time pressure

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Willingness for frequent and      long-term business trips (mainly outside the country)
