What will you be responsible for?

• General contact person      regarding technical aspects, quality, and project deadlines

• Overall responsibility for      technical clarification of the project with the customer, in collaboration      with all operational areas (engineering, purchasing, preassembly,      logistics, installation, commissioning)

• Creating schedules and project timelines

• Preparation of the Engineering      Team in collaboration with necessary resources (e.g., product responsible)

• Clarification/specification of      the layout and general functionality of the equipment in collaboration      with the Product Responsible and Layout Designer

• Responsibility and coordination      of schedule planning in collaboration with the General Project Manager and      Contract Planner at the parent company

• Coordination of schedule      tracking in cooperation with the Contract Planner at the parent company

• Responsibility and coordination      for bid package awarding and complete purchasing together with the Project      Responsible

• Responsibility for and      coordination of awarding packages (e.g., steelwork) in collaboration with      Engineering

• Coordination of superior scopes      and interfaces between the customer, Project Responsible, BUs/Divisions,      and suppliers

• Coordination of site procedures      together with Site Managers

• Organizing Punch Point      Management in collaboration with Project Management and Site Management

• Preparation of      Additional/Reduced Costs for Project Manager/Sales implementation

• Leading meetings and setting      expectations for the project team

• Maintaining the project budget

What do we expect?

• Higher technical education      (preferably in mechatronics or mechanics)

• Minimum 3 years of professional      experience in project management or design, production, or similar roles,      each including project management experience

• Fluent English and basic German      language skills

• Knowledge of Project Management      methodologies, confirmed by certification

• Basic knowledge of CAD systems      such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks (appreciated)

• Practical knowledge of MS Office,      including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Working knowledge of MS Project      or other scheduling software

• Strong interpersonal skills,      stress resilience, teamwork ability, and planning skills

• Availability and readiness for domestic      and international business trips

• Category B driving license
